Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations made 41 days or more before arrival will receive a 97% refund. The 3% payment-processing fee is non-refundable.
* Cancellations made 14 to 40 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
* Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival are 100% non-refundable.
* No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
